Join an innovative, AI-driven enterprise transformation environment where your Oracle expertise will help modernize complex business systems.
In this senior technical role, you will lead data conversion across multiple concurrent Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion engagements.
You will take ownership of conversion strategy, technical design, data loading, reconciliation, and successful cutover execution.
Working alongside functional architects, enterprise customers, and AI-powered agents, you will transform legacy data into reliable, business-ready information.
Your expertise will directly influence migration quality, project delivery speed, and the scalability of future conversion processes.
You will also help build reusable conversion assets, strengthen AI-driven capabilities, and establish best practices across engagements.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Oracle technical specialist who thrives on complex challenges, autonomy, and delivering measurable business impact.

  • Own data conversion strategy and execution across multiple concurrent Oracle customer engagements, defining object inventories, dependencies, load sequences, mock conversions, and cutover plans.

  • Determine and implement the most appropriate data loading approach for each object, including Oracle EBS open interfaces, public APIs, Web ADI, Fusion FBDI, HDL, and REST APIs.

  • Collaborate with Oracle functional architects to develop source-to-target mappings for legacy systems such as SAP ECC, JD Edwards, and older Oracle EBS environments.

  • Define customer-specific technical access and security requirements before conversion activities begin, including staging schemas, API users, and application-level access models.

  • Build, execute, and troubleshoot data loads across Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including Order Management, Receivables, Payables, Purchasing, Inventory, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

  • Develop API-based conversion solutions using Oracle public PL/SQL APIs, ensuring appropriate application context, MOAC initialization, and robust error handling.

  • Configure Web ADI integrators and use tools such as FNDLOAD and iSetup to migrate configurations between environments.

  • Execute Oracle Fusion data conversions using FBDI, UCM, ESS jobs, ADFDI, HDL where applicable, and REST APIs.

  • Ensure appropriate sequencing of master data, open transactions, and balances, resolving interface errors and import failures until successful completion.

  • Profile and validate source data, identifying duplicates, missing mandatory attributes, invalid codes, and inconsistent relationships before loading.

  • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of record counts, control totals, balances, and critical attributes, producing evidence for customer approval.

  • Lead mock conversions and production cutovers, managing execution timing, restart procedures, rollback plans, and delivery risks.

  • Handle sensitive business information, including personal data, banking details, and pricing, in accordance with customer security and data protection requirements.

  • Contribute technical knowledge and conversion expertise to AI-powered platform capabilities, improving automated mapping, validation, and loading processes.

  • Develop reusable conversion templates, validation scripts, mapping libraries, and playbooks to improve delivery efficiency across engagements.

  • Support pre-sales activities by defining conversion scope, technical approaches, effort estimates, and risks alongside client partners and principal architects.

  • Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and runbooks that enable customer teams to manage delta loads and post-go-live conversion activities independently.
