Combine outpatient Family Medicine with a core faculty role in a rural residency program. Overview Specialty: Family Medicine Location: New Hartford Area, Connecticut Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine and residency education Work Schedule: Full-time weekdays with dedicated teaching, clinical, and administrative time. Call / Coverage: Phone-only coverage averaging about two weekends per year and one weeknight approximately every two months. Support Staff / Resources: Dedicated Medical Assistant and clinical support; Behavioral Health, high-risk nurse care management, Social Work, and specialty referrals EMR: Epic with Dragon and Ambient AI; electronic patient communication tools Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped incentive bonus New Grads/Practicing: New graduates welcome to apply.
