We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Junior Channel Executive to help expand and strengthen a growing ecosystem of software and technology partners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic partnership opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting partners throughout the integration and launch process. You will act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, combining negotiation skills with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital products. You will also monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop initiatives that increase adoption and customer value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to scaling an innovative B2B ecosystem while directly supporting business growth, customer retention, and long-term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a collaborative, technology-driven fintech environment.

Identify, research, prospect, and activate new software and digital product partners that complement and strengthen the existing ecosystem.

Lead commercial and technical alignment meetings with key decision-makers, including founders, C-level executives, and product and technology leaders.

Review integration forms and functional API specifications, identifying technical requirements, business rules, and potential challenges before coordinating with technical teams.

Support partners in developing compelling value propositions, structuring revenue-sharing models, and preparing their solutions for launch on the platform.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Project Management, Integrations, Product, and Marketing, to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent partner onboarding and integration.

Manage relationships with active partners, monitoring key performance indicators such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, NPS, transaction volume, and customer adoption.

Develop joint growth strategies and marketing campaigns to increase the adoption and usage of partner solutions among customers.

Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, strengthen engagement, and maximize the value of the overall ecosystem.

Represent the business and its partner ecosystem at strategic industry events, networking opportunities, and ecosystem meetings.

Requirements

Previous experience working with product marketplaces, integrated app stores, or B2B technology ecosystems, such as ERP platforms, CRM solutions, integrated e-commerce platforms, or technology providers.

Experience prospecting, onboarding, and managing software or technology partners, particularly in ecosystems offering complementary digital solutions.

Functional understanding of API architecture, Webhooks, and system integrations, with the ability to interpret technical workflows and assess integration feasibility.

Familiarity with commercial partnership models, including revenue sharing, usage-based pricing, and API monetization strategies.

Experience managing partnership pipelines and sales funnels using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage a portfolio of partners and oversee activities from prospecting through ongoing relationship management.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, combined with a proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented approach.
