We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Ingestion Engineer to design, implement, and manage reliable data integration solutions across diverse technology environments. In this role, you will build and optimize scalable pipelines that connect SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, and on-premises systems. You will leverage Fivetran and advanced replication techniques to ensure secure, consistent, and efficient data movement. Your expertise in Oracle databases, non-SAP ecosystems, and Change Data Capture will help strengthen data availability and integrity across business systems. Working in a remote IT services environment, you will take ownership of ingestion performance, connectivity, and operational reliability. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting SaaS applications and cloud-based data sources.
Establish and manage secure connectivity between cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
Configure, administer, and optimize Fivetran to support reliable and efficient data ingestion.
Develop integration strategies for non-SAP applications and relational database systems.
Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) and incremental replication mechanisms to enable timely data synchronization.
Monitor ingestion workflows, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization improvements.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and connectivity issues to maintain data quality, consistency, and availability.
