Roving Store Worker (Mixed)

As a Roving Store Worker at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange. You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers while prioritizing their needs.
• Operate registers and complete customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Stock, replenish, organize, and maintain merchandise displays to ensure products are readily available and presented professionally.
• Assist customers with product selection, bagging purchases, and transporting large or heavy items as needed.
• Follow all safety, operating, and loss prevention procedures while supporting multiple areas based on business needs.

Education: High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9-month for 9-month basis.
