We are seeking an experienced Principal Professional Services Consultant to lead strategic learning and development initiatives and deliver high-value consulting services to enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of standard and customized projects, helping organizations maximize the impact of their learning investments. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design learning strategies, develop blended learning programs, facilitate workshops, and implement effective training solutions. The position combines strategic consulting, project management, customer relationship management, and data-driven performance measurement. You will also advise clients on industry best practices, learning technologies, and approaches to improving employee engagement and organizational capabilities. Manage the end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring projects meet agreed objectives, contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across different departments to coordinate resources and ensure successful project execution.

Partner with account teams to understand customer-specific needs and develop tailored learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.

Engage with stakeholders across customer organizations to assess learning requirements, align content with competency models, and identify opportunities to improve workforce capabilities.

Design, develop, and deliver customized learning initiatives, including live training sessions, workshops, blended learning programs, leadership development activities, and learning strategies.

Develop learning marketing and communication plans, materials, and change management initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning solutions.

Support complex global learning rollouts, content curation, customized reporting, trend analysis, and learning impact measurement.

Act as the primary communication and coordination point for assigned customer service engagements, ensuring consistent communication and a positive customer experience.

Conduct virtual customer meetings to gather requirements, understand business challenges, present recommendations, and provide ongoing consulting support.

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

Identify project risks, communicate potential challenges to management, and develop contingency plans to address changing project requirements and circumstances.

Provide regular project status updates to management and account teams, maintaining accurate meeting records, documentation, and issue logs.

Escalate issues that could affect customer relationships or project outcomes and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Stay informed about learning content, curriculum developments, certification pathways, platform updates, and new product capabilities to provide relevant customer guidance.

Monitor learning and development industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices to deliver strategic recommendations.

Continuously develop professional expertise, adapt to changing business requirements, and contribute to broader team initiatives.

Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience in learning and development, learning facilitation, leadership development, learning strategy, or learning return on investment (ROI) measurement.

A university degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, professional qualifications, and practical experience.

Strong experience designing, delivering, and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional approaches, and learning and development methodologies, with the ability to apply them to diverse customer requirements.

Experience developing learning strategies, assessing organizational training needs, and providing consulting recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Familiarity with the computer-based training and digital learning market, including learning technologies and content delivery solutions.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), preferably including experience integrating learning content with LMS platforms.

Strong experience using virtual collaboration and communication tools to facilitate meetings, workshops, and customer engagements in remote environments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Access, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software applications.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends, measure learning outcomes, and translate findings into actionable customer recommendations.

Ability to identify appropriate data combinations, metrics, and reporting approaches to demonstrate progress toward learning objectives and business outcomes.

Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Robust project management, organizational, and time management abilities, including experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts, facilitate discussions, and communicate recommendations effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
