Start your career in recruiting and talent operations at a fast-moving, YC-backed company. You’ll speak with candidates across India, help them understand exciting opportunities, and play a direct role in connecting people with the right jobs.

This is a great fit if you enjoy talking to people, have strong communication skills, and want hands-on experience in recruitment, sales, customer engagement, or talent operations.

✓Fixed pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month

✓Performance bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job requirements clearly.

Understand each candidate’s interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details.

Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving.

Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team.
→
Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems.

Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; this is a high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day.

POD Leads: Coordinate the team, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and maintain quality standards.

A completed graduation; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome. Current college students are not eligible.
Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional phone communication.
Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets.
Basic ATS knowledge and strong attention to detail.
Availability for the stated work schedule.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is helpful, but not required for entry-level applicants.
