The Role –

자동차 생산을 위한 프레스, 금형 및 제조공정 엔지니어링 업무를 담당합니다. 신규 차종의 생산 준비부터 양산 안정화까지 전 과정에서 엔지니어링 검토, 유관 부문 및 협력사와 협업하며, 안전·품질·생산성 향상을 수행하는 업무입니다.

What You’ll Do -

• 신규 차종 투입을 위한 프레스 및 금형 공정 계획 수립과 생산 준비

• 제품 개발 단계의 제조성 검토 및 생산공정 최적화

• 금형 제작·시운전·개선 업무와 양산 적용 지원

• 생산 과정에서 발생하는 공정 및 품질 문제의 원인 분석과 개선

• 생산기술 과제의 일정·원가·품질 관리 및 유관 부문·협력사 협업

• 안전, 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 공정 개선 및 표준화

• 양산 초기 안정화 및 현장 생산 지원

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• 학사 학위 이상 소지자

• 유사 산업 분야 12년 이상의 실무 경험

• 제조 현장 및 프로젝트 환경에서 업무를 수행할 수 있는 역량

• PC 활용이 가능하고 업무 보고서를 스스로 작성할 수 있는 역량

• 문제를 분석하고 유관 부문 및 협력사와 협업하여 해결할 수 있는 역량

• 영어로 기본적인 업무 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분

• 국내외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 분

• 변화에 유연하게 대응하며 지속적인 개선을 추구하는 분

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) -

• 업무 자동화 목적의 AI 활용 또는 코딩 경험자 우대

• 성형해석 시뮬레이션·모델링 경험자 우대

• 프레스 장비 관련 엔지니어링 경험자 우대
