Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist III to lead daily People Management operations for the North America division. This role will oversee and develop HR Generalists while managing employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and Philippine labor laws.

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.

  Strong hands-on experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles across multiple HR functions.

  Previous experience leading or supervising HR staff is preferred.

  Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, disciplinary processes, statutory benefits, HRIS, and employee documentation.

  Strong leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

  Excellent communication and employee service skills.

  Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
