Create corresponding Canva templates and brand kits to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Develop a wide range of sales and marketing materials, including service sheets, capability brochures, project profiles, case studies, and client-facing collateral in both print and digital formats.

  • Manage fast-paced proposal deadlines, accommodate urgent design requests, and perform final visual quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet professional standards before submission.
  • Presentation Development: Collaborate with pursuit leaders and presenters to develop client presentations, executive briefings, and shortlist interview decks, from initial outlines through final delivery.
  • Structure and redesign presentation slides to communicate clear messages, using appropriate visuals to strengthen the overall narrative.
  • Prepare presentation materials for different delivery formats, including presenter versions, handouts, print-ready documents, and PDF exports. Provide last-minute updates and support during presentation rehearsals.
  • Campaign Graphic Support: Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email headers, website banners, event signage, and digital advertisements.
  • Adapt campaign visuals across different platforms and formats while maintaining consistent branding and visual quality.
  • Provide illustrations, static graphics, and design elements to support video and motion content.
  • Brand Stewardship and Collaboration: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual materials, including typography, colors, iconography, and layouts.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to maintain alignment between messaging, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
  • Work with the knowledge management team to organize and upload finalized templates, graphics, and collateral into the digital asset library, ensuring clear naming conventions and metadata.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools, including Claude Design, to accelerate creative development and production while reviewing all generated content for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, establishing priorities, communicating timelines, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
