About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Paralegal to keep our group of companies organised, compliant and in good standing. You will own day-to-day entity management and corporate actions across our global entities, working closely with external corporate secretaries and registered agents.

Alongside this, you will review and draft commercial contracts and carry out legal research for the wider Legal team. This is a hands-on role suited to a paralegal who enjoys structure, detail and getting things done across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Act as the internal point of contact for external corporate secretaries, registered agents and company service providers across the group's entities.

  • Coordinate corporate actions end to end, including incorporations, dissolutions, restructurings, capital changes, and director, officer and shareholder changes.

  • Draft and review board and shareholder resolutions, written consents, minutes, powers of attorney and incumbency certificates.

  • Track annual filings, renewals and other statutory deadlines so every entity stays in good standing.

  • Maintain accurate entity records, including the group structure chart, statutory registers, authorised signatory lists and constitutional documents.

  • Prepare KYC and corporate document packs for banks, counterparties, auditors and regulators on request.

  • Review, draft and negotiate standard commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts and partnership agreements.

  • Flag key risks and non-standard terms, and escalate to senior counsel where needed.

  • Help maintain contract templates and a simple contract tracker.

  • Carry out research on corporate, commercial and regulatory questions across different jurisdictions.

  • Prepare short, clear research notes and summaries for the Legal team and business stakeholders.

  • Based in Taipei.

  • A law degree (LLB, JD, LL.M., or equivalent).

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, from a law firm, corporate secretarial firm or in-house team.

  • Working knowledge of company law and corporate governance, including board and shareholder approvals.

  • Strong drafting skills and close attention to detail.

  • Well organised, able to manage many deadlines and entities at once, and comfortable following up with external providers.

  • Clear written and spoken English.

  • Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.

  • Experience managing a multi-entity group across several jurisdictions, or working with corporate service providers.

  • Exposure to fintech, financial services or digital assets.

  • Familiarity with entity management or contract management tools.

  • Working Mandarin.

  • Broad exposure to corporate work across a global group of entities.

  • Close mentoring from senior counsel and a clear path to grow into a broader legal role.

  • A fast-paced, international team in the digital asset industry.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • Various team-building programs and company events
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • And many more! Apply and let us tell you more!
