Retail Banking Product Manager, Unsecured Lending

• →Launch marketing campaigns to promote Personal Loan products for customer acquisition and retention
• →Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on advertising and promotions, including media planning, campaign effectiveness tracking, marketing budget control, etc
• →Formulate segmentation strategies based on customer analytics to deepen penetration into existing customer base and optimize cross-selling opportunities
• →Conduct market research and competitors’ analysis to understand customer needs and market dynamics; propose and implement initiatives to uplift market competitiveness and loan brand image
• →Liaise with business partners to expand customer acquisition network; work on new projects or initiatives to uplift business performance
• → Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Degree holder of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in banking or marketing industry, solid experience on marketing and/or retail lending business is preferred
• Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills
