The role is responsible for managing warehouse resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business growth. ## Core Competencies * Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure operational excellence. * Lead and develop warehouse teams through effective coaching, training, performance management, and workforce planning. * Optimize workforce productivity by managing attendance, shift schedules, resource allocation, and team performance. * Monitor and improve operational performance through KPI tracking, inventory accuracy control, and SLA achievement. * Drive operational excellence and compliance by implementing process improvements, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree required. * Professional background or academic studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management are preferred. * Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent will be considered an advantage. * 5+ years of warehouse operations experience. * Minimum 2-3 years managing teams within a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment. * Proven experience leading teams of 20-100+ employees in fast-paced operations. ## Who we are We are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
