Join Intellect as a Clinical Provider and support clients on their mental health journeys through our innovative telehealth platform. You’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while being part of a supportive, global network of professionals.

This freelance, remote role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while complementing your current work or private practice.

• →Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• →Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
• →Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, and CISP
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
