- Base salary and bonus opportunites totalling $90,000-$100,000 in annual compensation
- Full benefits package including:
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options
- 403(b) Plan, with employer match
- Vacation, sick, personal time, and paid holidays

- 4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance based team members
- An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values
- A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
- The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence
- Warm, clear communication, written and verbal
- Comfort with software and technology
