Join our amazing team as we continue to grow! FCCI’s Staff Counsel is looking for a team-oriented Legal Assistant to provide litigation support to our in-house attorneys and paralegals. Responsibilities include scheduling hearings, depositions and other litigation events; saving and properly naming pleadings, motions and notices into our case management program; preparing routine notices, letters and other documents; and e-filing documents. Experience working on Bodily Injury and/or Workers’ Compensation litigation is required. Must be customer focused and enjoy working with our team as well as policyholders, courts, and other law firms. The position is located at our corporate headquarters in Sarasota, FL and is eligible for our hybrid work schedule: (3) days on site and (2) days working from home/remote.

The salary range for this position is $27.28-$42.00 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
