You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing engineering solutions that enhance productivity, quality, capacity, and safety across the site. Working closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and internationally, you will manage capital projects, oversee equipment installations, support new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment
  • A strong track record of delivering engineering projects and capital investments
  • Excellent technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing suppliers, contractors, budgets, and project timelines
  • A thorough understanding of engineering compliance, including PUWER, LOLER, and Health & Safety standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

An engineering apprenticeship, HNC (or equivalent), and experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software would be advantageous.
