Commercial Cleaner

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at a medical facility in Paducah.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients, employees, and visitors.

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

  Clean and disinfect exam rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, hallways, and other designated areas.

• →

  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

• →

  Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the facility.

• →

  Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed.

• →

  Restock restroom and common-area supplies, including paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.

  Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• →

  Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• →

  Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or potential safety hazards to management.

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, sanitary spaces.

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning products and equipment. Training will be provided.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
