Senior Project Scheduler

Duties include, but not limited to: 

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking project activities, milestones, and deadlines.

• Work with PMO team members across functional areas to collect schedule updates and create Gantt charts, network diagrams, and other scheduling reports.

• Monitor project schedules to ensure activities align with acquisition requirements and program objectives.

• Assist with project planning, requirements development, and evaluating timelines and resource needs.

• Provide regular schedule updates to customers, project teams, and program leadership, highlighting progress and upcoming milestones.

• Identify schedule delays, potential roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions to keep work on track.

• Use Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools to build, update, and manage complex program schedules.

• Review government and stakeholder schedules, identify potential risks, and use Earned Value Management (EVM) data to highlight schedule concerns.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be a US citizen
• Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance 
• Bachelor’s degree or master's Degree in a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project

The expected annual salary range: $144k - $158K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.
