• →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Screen individuals entering the healthcare location in accordance with established visitor, patient, and access-control procedures.
• →Verify visitor credentials, provide directions, and communicate entry requirements in a courteous and professional manner.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• →Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points and reporting unusual activity or policy violations.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
