We are seeking a Residential Advisor to work at our Bensalem, PA location.

Shift:  1st shift - 1 week (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm), 2 week Wednesday- Sunday 7am-3pm)

Pay: $16.50

• provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility.
• complete notes on client progress and activity.
• administer medication.
• teach daily living skills to residents. 
• provide transportation to appointments for our residents using company vehicles.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in human services or related field preferred.
2. Experience in residential, behavioral health, or social services settings is beneficial,
3. Strong interpersonal, communication and crisis management skills.
4. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress situations.
5. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices preferred.
6. Must meet all background checks, training and certification requirements.
7. Computer skills/experience preferred – EHR, Excel, Word, Internet
8. Customer Service Skills
9. Knowledge of behavioral health symptoms/diagnoses
