Senior Category Management II

Works within a team of category managers to provide full-spend coverage. Individual will be responsible for managing complimenting categories.

• →Executes strategic plans to achieve measurable business outcomes in areas such as payment terms, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and overall value.
• →Conducts in-depth analysis of agreements, market trends, and supply-demand dynamics to inform planning and decision-making.
• →Leads competitive sourcing efforts, including proposal requests and contract negotiations, to secure favorable terms and long-term value.
• →Stays informed on market developments, partner capabilities, and regulatory updates to support proactive planning and risk management.
• →Provides strategic recommendations on commercial opportunities, long-term sustainability, and risk mitigation strategies.
• →Ensures all relevant partners have up-to-date agreements and meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• →Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• →Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
