Four clinical days per week, plus one weekday for administrative time
Clinical schedule collaboratively set with the team
One weeknight on call per week, phone-based only
One weekend in six on call, phone-based only (Friday 4 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m.)

Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Internal Medicine preferred)
Five or more years of primary care experience
Eligible for Michigan medical license
Certification in obesity medicine or lifestyle medicine preferred
Menopause certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire
Functional medicine training is a plus
