We are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care.

2nd Shift A: Sunday 10am–10pm, Monday–Wednesday 2pm–10pm
2nd Shift B: Wednesday–Friday 2pm–10pm, Saturday 10am–10pm
3rd Shift A: Sunday - Wednesday 10pm - 8am
3rd Shift B: Thursday 10pm - 8am, Friday & Saturday 10pm - 10am

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines

Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches

Maintain a safe, structured environment

Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities

Transport youth to appointments and community activities
→
Administer medications (as trained)

Document daily interactions and incidents
