Relationship Banker II - Milwaukee (Bilingual)

• →Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy, ensuring compliance with bank policies.  
• →Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions about accounts, products, services, and general bank information.  
• →Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
• →Foster a positive team environment by demonstrating empathy, respect, and strong interpersonal skills.  
• →Demonstrate advanced understanding of Tri City’s products, services, and procedures.
• →Proactively build relationships with current and new customers.
• →Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and assist with digital onboarding for bank products and services.  
• →Assist in training new tellers, ensuring they understand banking operations and customer service standards.  
• →Generate loan referrals and identify opportunities for customer engagement.  
• →Act as a branch keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the branch, securing premises, and cash management duties.  
• →Take on other tasks and special projects as assigned to contribute to the branch’s success.

• High school diploma or equivalent.  
• 2+ years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Effective interaction with team members, managers, and leaders.  
• Customer service skills with a focus on initiative, sensitivity, good judgment, and decision-making.
• Interest in building a career in sales and relationship management.  
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and accounts.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Willingness to travel & assist other locations and work Saturdays as needed.
