Anthropologie Replenishment Planner - Terrain

Anthropologie is looking for a replenishment planner at Terrain who will maximize sales and inventory flow by sku on Core Products for both Retail and DTC and provide supporting analysis to Planning & Merchant teams.

• →Collaborate with Merchant team to identify core styles that should continue to be in the assortment. 
• →Prepare projections for key items that live year round.
• →Provide Merchants with reorders in a timely manner to ensure items remain in stock
• →Create Weekly Sales plans by Sku for key programs for both Retail and DTC.
• →Monitor Sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
• →Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
• →Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness at a location level 
• →Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.

• 2-3 years of experience in a Planning or Allocation role.
• Strong statistical analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Technical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
