Looking for a fun, active part-time job working with kids?
Soccer Shots Madison is hiring energetic, dependable coaches to lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and public programs throughout Dane County.

Availability & Schedule
The ideal candidate is available for 2 or more shifts per week to help bring the joy of Soccer Shots to children at local childcare centers and community locations. Additional shifts may be available for candidates with greater availability. Consistent availability throughout each 6–8-week season is required.

Typical shift times include:

Weekday mornings: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekday afternoons/evenings: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend mornings: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Schedules and shift times may vary by season.

This is a part-time, seasonal position (under 20 hours per week). We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic coaches who are interested in returning for multiple seasons!

Our upcoming seasons include:

Winter: Mid-January through early March
Spring: Early April through the end of May
Summer: Mid-June through mid-August

Flexible scheduling available. Coaches do not need to be available for all shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups of young children
Dependable and able to commit to their scheduled sessions each week
Patient, positive, and able to make learning fun
Comfortable communicating with parents, school staff, and our Soccer Shots team
Experienced working with children or excited to learn
Soccer experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.
Ability to transport Soccer Shots equipment when needed
