Painter

Location:

Join our maintenance team as a Painter, delivering responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday.

Compensation: From $22/hr, depending on experience.

• Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments
• Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas
• Perform drywall repairs
• Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order
• Create and close work orders on work order system

• →Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting
• →Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques
• →Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment
• →Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
