→Mark-to-Market (MtM) Process

• →Participate in the execution and continuous improvement of the monthly Mark-to-Market (MtM) process for physical contracts, inventories and hedge positions across multiple commodities. 

• →Validate information with Operations and Trading teams, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data used in calculations. 

• →Organize the collection, validation and integration of operational and market data from systems including OneClick, Commerce, Digisul and Fintrade. 

• →Collect and consolidate market inputs such as futures, FX and basis, while validating results with traders, investigating discrepancies and supporting result discussions with stakeholders. 

• →Create, maintain and enhance MtM methodologies, valuation criteria, assumptions, business rules and related controls. 

→ Financial Reporting and Managerial P&L

• →Prepare managerial P&L reports and profitability analyses by commodity and origin. 

• →Reconcile managerial and accounting results, identifying and explaining material variances. 

• →Maintain indirect cost allocation methodologies and support the appropriate classification of financial information for managerial reporting purposes. 

• →Load, validate and analyze accounting information, including income statements and balance sheets. 

• →Prepare executive presentations and periodically explain result composition to traders, management and the CEO. 

• →Develop financial indicators and performance analyses to support business decision-making. 

→ Audit, Controls and Governance

• →Support external and corporate audits through the preparation of evidence, reconciliations and supporting documentation. 

• →Develop and maintain formal documentation of financial methodologies and processes for internal and external audit purposes. 

• →Design and improve controls focused on completeness, accuracy, traceability and governance of financial information. 

• →Explain methodologies, assumptions and calculation rationale to auditors, managers and other stakeholders. 

• →Contribute to process adherence to corporate governance, audit and internal control requirements. 

• →Validate the consistency of accounting postings, cost centers, origins and other information used in managerial reporting. 

→ Data, Automation and Business Intelligence

• →Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, including tables, views, stored procedures and data models supporting financial processes. 

• →Automate processing, validation and reporting routines using Python, Excel, VBA and Power Query. 

• →Structure and manage databases used for MtM, P&L and financial analysis processes. 

• →Drive continuous improvements in data architecture, reducing manual activities and increasing process reliability. 

• →Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports and analytical models for performance monitoring, MtM and Unrealized P&L. 

• →Support decision-making through financial analyses, indicators and managerial visualizations. 

→ Projects and Stakeholder Management

• →Work closely with Trading, Operations, Accounting, Risk and IT teams to improve processes, systems and data quality. 

• →Identify improvement opportunities, define business requirements and follow up on the implementation of system solutions. 

• →Participate in initiatives related to automation, data governance, methodological evolution and optimization of financial and valuation processes. 

• →Work with the US team on the development and enhancement of the daily P&L process. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Graduação em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, ou área relacionada.
• Proficiência em Excel.
• Experiência em análise financeira e contábil (Balanço Patrimonial, DRE, DFC).
• Vivência em gestão de provisões, alocações financeiras (Intercompany) e análise de bridge contábil-gerencial.
• Familiaridade com análise de exposição cambial e projeções financeiras.
• Capacidade analítica, comunicação clara e foco em resultados.
• Inglês avançado ou fluente

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial and accounting analysis (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Experience managing provisions, financial allocations (Intercompany) and accounting-to-management bridge analysis.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX) exposure analysis and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced or fluent English.

• Familiaridade com o Plano Contábil COSIF
• Experiência com Oracle
• Conhecimento em Power BI e SQL.

• Familiarity with the COSIF Chart of Accounts.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
