- Supervise students in our student clinic and give clear, constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and help them build confidence and professional habits.
- Track attendance, practical hours and student progress in our student records system.
- Help prepare students for the MBLEx.
- Suggest improvements to the curriculum so it keeps meeting industry standards.
- Keep the classroom and treatment areas clean, safe and professional.

- A real enthusiasm for teaching and a patient, encouraging approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player who works well with staff and colleagues.
- Commitment to keeping up with industry rules and teaching methods.
- Experience with an online learning platform is a plus.
