• →Assist with planning and implementing daily activity programs.
• →Lead group activities such as games, crafts, exercise classes, music programs, and social events.
• →Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships.
• →Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
• →Help decorate and set up for parties, holidays, and special events.
• →Maintain activity supplies and equipment.
• →Document resident attendance and participation.
• →Observe residents for changes in mood, behavior, or abilities and report concerns to the appropriate staff.
• →Support community outings and transportation activities when applicable.

• Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Hours Available 
• Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights  
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
