Pre-Employment Requirements: The RTAA requires each candidate to successfully complete employment history verification prior to being considered for employment. Four (4) years of journey level experience in the maintenance and repair of both diesel and gas powered heavy equipment.

OR ASE or ASME certification and two (2) years of journey level experience as listed above.

A valid driver’s license is required at the time of application. Incumbents must ob­tain an RTAA ramp license within the first thirty (30) days of employ­ment. Incumbents must ob­tain a commercial (CDL) driver’s license within six (6) months of employment.
