Manufacturing Supervisor (Day Shift)

Role and Responsibilities

• Effective Communication, Ability to analyze data, identifies issues, and provides solutions to closure.

• Basic knowledge of relevant programming languages: Visual Basic (Excel), Oracle, Secs, PL/SQL, SQL.
• Basic data analysis skills; analyzing & interpreting data.
• Experience in manufacturing sciences (Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Flow Optimization)

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will require supervision of 4-15 direct reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required
• 2-year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma,  or project management

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
• 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred
