→Lead and manage the daily operations of SIBIE’s online pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and customer service.
→Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy meets all legal and ethical requirements, including GPhC and MHRA regulations.
→Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and professional development.
→Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy’s customer base, improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
→Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve the company’s sales and performance KPIs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
→Ensure seamless integration of new services and products, while optimising existing operations to improve the customer experience.
→Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer feedback and industry trends to adapt and innovate in a competitive market.
→Develop relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers and healthcare professionals to expand the pharmacy’s reach and services.
→Drive initiatives that enhance the pharmacy’s digital presence, improve marketing efforts and optimise the online customer journey.
