To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• →Extensive open pit mining experience within large scale mobile maintenance environments
• →Proven leadership experience at Superintendent level, or demonstrated ability to step into a senior leadership role
• →Strong technical knowledge across a diverse range of mobile mining equipment
• →A track record of building engaged, high performing teams and developing future leaders
• →Demonstrated success driving safety, reliability and operational performance outcomes
• →A nationally recognised mechanical or electrical trade qualification
• →Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• →The ability to influence outcomes across all levels of the business
• →Frontline or senior leader qualifications (highly desirable)

Genesis Mining Services (GMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Minerals Limited, established to provide inhouse open pit mining services across the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Our vision is to build the premium Australian gold miner - progressive, high quality and +500koz per annum. Our all-Australian assets include the historic Gwalia mine, Admiral and Ulysses operations, and the Laverton Mill, which is planned for restart in the near term.
