Experience: 3+ years of related experience required.

Security clearance level: Minimum DoW Secret clearance required; select positions require TS/SCI. Select candidates will be language‑tested.

Skills and abilities: Native or near‑native Swahili fluency; strong written communication skills in both Swahili and English; familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and digital communication trends; ability to perform foreign‑language media analysis; ability to work nonstandard hours and on‑call; some travel required.

The likely salary range for this position is $77,350 - $104,650. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Job Description:

As a Swahili Linguist – Social Media Analyst, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a Swahili‑fluent specialist joining our team to support a social media program by leveraging native language expertise and regional knowledge, supporting a program in Tampa, FL.
