The Field Structure and Alignment Senior Specialist (SS) serves as a key operational partner in the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of field sales structure and alignment. This role supports the full lifecycle of field alignment activities, including early involvement in restructures, product launches, and deployment planning to ensure solutions are operationally sound, compliant, and scalable. In addition to leading day-to-day alignment operations, this individual is expected to bring a strategic mindset to process improvement, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration, helping to evolve the function and increase business impact.

Field sales structure and alignment is a critical component of sales planning and execution, enabling the definition of a customer-facing employee’s role, including geography, customer scope, and product responsibility. It is a foundational input to multiple downstream business processes, including call reporting, analytics, resource and sample allocation, and sales incentive compensation.

This individual will work as part of a cross-functional team in support of the broader goals of the sales organization, including asymmetric deployment strategy implementation, call deck creation and maintenance, and other field sales support functions. The role requires strong project management, vendor management, communication, and organizational skills, along with developing knowledge of field sales systems and processes such as Javelin/ZAIDYN, Veeva, and US Customer Master. The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is essential.
