RF Test & Validation Engineer (M/F)

To support our growth in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a:

You will contribute to the development, testing, and validation of advanced RF and antenna systems for high-performance communication applications.

• →Define and execute RF test and characterization activities.
• →Perform laboratory measurements and analyze system performance.
• →Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• →Support the validation and qualification of RF subsystems and antennas.
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• MSc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF and Microwave engineering.
• Experience in RF testing, measurements, and validation activities.
• Knowledge of antenna systems and RF simulation tools (HFSS, CST, or equivalent).
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.
