About the Role
~1 min read- Webinar Management: Set up and QA webinar landing pages, as well as the internal mechanics (automated emails, CTA buttons, and tracking links).
- Live Moderation: Moderate webinars to ensure smooth technical performance and audience engagement.
- Chatbot Automation: Write, edit, and implement conversational copy for ManyChat. Set up and optimize trigger-based automated flows.
- Channel Seeding & Placements: Research, vet, and communicate with channel admins for promotional placements. Write and proofread high-converting promo copy, log campaign data in tracking sheets, and monitor overall performance and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Write, configure, and manage email campaigns and automated sequences.
- Call Scheduling: Set up and manage call booking links in HubSpot.
- Website Maintenance: Handle ongoing content updates and adjustments to the company website.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (C1).
- Reliable execution and strong follow-through.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Clear written communication in English.
