Responsibilities

→Operate snowplow trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
→Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed.
→Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
→Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
→Follow all safety procedures while operating vehicles and equipment.
→Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

→Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
→Previous snowplowing or equipment operation experience preferred.
→Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures and challenging winter conditions.
→Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on short notice.
→Strong attention to safety, dependability, and teamwork.
→Flexible availability based on weather conditions.
