Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our high-performance team in Shelbyville, IN. This is a fast-paced, physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and the opportunity to earn more based on productivity. Responsibilities

→Load and unload freight from trailers by hand and with warehouse equipment
→Move, sort, and handle products safely and efficiently
→Maintain a productive work pace in a fast-moving warehouse environment
→Follow all safety procedures and company standards
→Perform additional duties as assigned by site leadership
→Earn production-based pay, giving you the opportunity to increase your weekly earnings through performance

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds throughout the shift
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Previous warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
