Air Liquide Advanced Technologies provides efficient solutions for our customers in the space, scientific research and new energies (hydrogen and biogas) sectors, in the field of high and advanced technologies. It also provides innovative technologies for the needs of the Group's markets.

• Maîtrise des fondamentaux du Lean Manufacturing : Bonnes connaissances des outils d'amélioration continue (5S, AIC, résolution de problèmes, standardisation).
• Aisance relationnelle & posture terrain : Capacité d’écoute active, esprit de coopération et aptitude à fédérer les opérateurs et encadrants autour de la conduite du changement.
• Pragmatisme & Orientation solutions : Esprit d'analyse aiguisé, réactivité et force de proposition face aux aléas de fabrication.
• Outils collaboratifs & bureautiques : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de données et d'automatisation (Google Workspace, suites collaboratives ; une affinité avec les ERP est un atout).
