We are now looking for a  

Product Owner, Everyday AI   

Do you want to improve everyday work at KONE by helping employees use AI and create their own AI solutions?  

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Everyday AI product at KONE, helping employees improve their productivity with approved AI tools and empowering them to create their own AI solutions. We want AI and smart tools to make our colleagues' everyday work simpler and more rewarding.  

You will shape the Everyday AI vision and roadmap, translating employee needs into product requirements, adoption strategies, and enablement priorities that deliver measurable business value. This is strategic, hands-on product leadership: you will own priorities and outcomes, working with platform teams to deliver technical changes while enabling employees to use AI.  

The role is based in Espoo, Finland.   

In this role, you will get to:  

• Own the Everyday AI vision, roadmap, and backlog. Explore employee needs and workflows, and test where AI can deliver meaningful improvements.  

• Enable colleagues to use AI effectively and create, share and scale AI solutions using KONE-approved tools.  

• Lead agile delivery with product designers, developers and platform teams. Support the development of playbooks, processes and ways of working for approved AI tools, with clear, secure governance.  

• Drive adoption through learning, community building and peer support.  

• Measure what matters: business value, adoption and cost.  

• Make security, governance and responsible AI part of every product decision.  

This position is for you, if you have:    

• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership applying agile ways of working, preferably in a global organization.  

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio), with practical examples of how you have used them to improve everyday work and enable others to do the same. 

• A user-centric, curious mindset and a passion for making technology useful for people.  

• The ability to bridge business and IT, translate employee needs into clear product priorities, and explain how your decisions improve outcomes for both users and the business. 

• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English.
