Plant Operator – Bagger

Premier Tech is seeking to expand its team by adding a Bagger / Plant Operator at its Carrot River facility. As a bagger, you will play an important role in daily production by operating bagging equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting efficient plant operations. You will work as part of a team to ensure products meet quality standards while contributing to the overall success of the facility.

• Carrot River

• Ensure the health and safety practices and processes are upheld, and the premises, team members and operations are safe.
•  Perform physical and manual tasks, including occasional work at heights
• Operate bagging equipment, forklifts, and loaders as required
• Perform bag slashing and other daily production activities
• Monitor the manufacturing process and product quality to ensure specifications and standards are met
• Complete quality-control checks and report any product concerns or production issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members and management while completing planned daily tasks and other duties as assigned

• You work well in a production environment and within a team setting, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are looking for a physical role and are comfortable operating material-handling equipment.
• You are available to work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekend work.
• You are a team player who places a high value on safety.
• You are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
