Teach swimming and water safety using our student-centered curriculum.
Keep swimmers safe while building confidence and lifelong skills.
Adapt lessons to each swimmer's individual needs, personality, and abilities.
Create positive learning experiences through purposeful play and encouragement.
Celebrate milestones, big and small!
Communicate with families and teammates.
Bring great energy to every shift!
No teaching experience? NO PROBLEM! WE TRAIN YOU!
✨ PAID TRAINING PROVIDED ✨
We'll teach you our curriculum, provide the tools to succeed, and support you as you grow from trainee to confident swim instructor.
🕒 Schedule & Pay
Part-Time: Weekdays/ Year Round
Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 3:00–7:45 PM
Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience
Commitment: At least one year
Age: High school students (16+) and college students welcome!
