Production Operator (3am-1:30pm)

We are looking for reliable, adaptable, & motivated Production Operators to join our specialized early-morning team. A work week Monday through Thursday working 10 hours. By 2:00 PM, your workday is completely done—giving you total freedom to pick up the kids, beat the evening crowds, and truly own your day. 

 

Overtime Opportunity as business demands with consistent Friday and Saturday shifts that keep your paycheck heavily loaded every single pay cycle.

Salary Base Range of $20.00 -$22.00 per hour for Employees Located in Illinois. 

The “base salary range” provided above is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The range provided is for Illinois employees as Irca group is required by Illinois State Law to post pay rates. Irca group reserves the right to pay outside of the given range based on a variety of factors including but not limited to candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and location/geography.
