Photography Production Coordinator

Brady Corporation is seeking a Photography Production Coordinator with expertise in photo curation, studio operations, and digital asset management to support multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical retouching and color-correction skills with hands-on experience in generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly to scale visual content creation.

• Photo Curation & Brand Alignment: Evaluate and curate large capture sets to select top imagery that accurately reflects visual art principles and brand style guides. 
• Cross-Functional Production Coordination: Partner directly with photographers, creative leads, and stakeholders to organize and facilitate photography shoots, including alignment on production goals and streamline workflow communications to meet tight project deadlines. 
• Post-Production Management: Execute or oversee technical retouching—including precise color correction, background removal, object compositing, and display calibration—to deliver high-quality visual assets across web, print and marketing campaigns.
• Digital Asset Management (DAM): Oversee the post-photography asset lifecycle by maintaining file catalogs, metadata, naming conventions, version control, and final print/digital export formats. 
• Photo Tools & Adaptation: Leverage generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly to edit, composite and generate new imagery tailored for alternate industries and visual applications.
