Jr Client Support Administrator

The candidate will:

• →Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.
• →Provide in-person and phone support to MDA End User troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Office products.
• →Install hardware at End User offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).
• →Contribute to large scale projects and events.

The successful candidate will:

• →Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a customer-facing position, so professional behavior and dress is necessary.

Some travel is expected and necessary for the position.

• Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
  • May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 1, or more, years of directly related IT experience
• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Must be able to move around a large complex facility, perform work under desks, as well as other physical aspects of the position
• Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance

• Have previous experience in Customer Service, as well as prior experience working in a DoD environment.
