ShipHawk is on a mission to become the operating system for modern commerce operations. Our advanced shipping software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) help retailers, wholesalers, and ecommerce companies overcome the most complex challenges in their distribution centers — without thrashing workers, the environment, or the bottom line.
ShipHawk delivers the features and flexibility of Tier 1 solutions tailored to mid-market customers. We are embedding AI and data intelligence into operational workflows to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and reduce manual effort across the warehouse and shipping lifecycle.
If you're excited to work at the intersection of physical operations and digital innovation, ShipHawk is the place for you.
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the development and evolution of ShipHawk's Transportation Management System (TMS). In this role, you'll help deliver product enhancements that simplify shipping operations, improve carrier connectivity, and create measurable value for our customers.
You'll work closely with engineering, UX, customer success, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs, translate requirements into actionable product improvements, and support the execution of our TMS roadmap.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product manager who enjoys solving complex problems, has an interest in logistics technology, and wants to grow their product management skills in a collaborative B2B SaaS environment.
This role reports directly to our Director of Product.
