Nursing Manager

• →Update and implement policies and procedures in compliance with DDDS and regulatory standards
• →Supervise, train, and support nursing staff (RNs and LPNs)
• →Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, assessments, and required documentation
• →Monitor health services, including medication management, audits, and incident reporting
• →Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and performance feedback
• →Coordinate admissions, transfers, and ongoing care planning
• →Communicate with families, agencies, and internal teams
• →Respond to medical concerns, provide triage as needed, and report serious issues
• →Maintain records, confidentiality (HIPAA), and required certifications
• →Serve as liaison with external partners and support team participation

• Graduation from an approved nursing school
• 2+ years of relevant experience required, preferably working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• 2-5+ years of administrative experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or another compact state.
• Valid certification in CPR/FA.
